Ingredients:
A.dried shiitake mushrooms 3 pieces,1 egg
B.1 cup of rice.
Steps:
- Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms thoroughly, then dice them.
- wash the rice, add some water, and mix with the diced mushrooms. Press the button and let it cook.
- Once the rice cooker automatically switches to "warm," whrisk an egg and pour it evenly over the rice. Then, cover the lid again and let it braise for another 10 minutes.
- Finally,the shiitake mushroom and egg rice is ready!
